Shiprocket.in has marked 27 of my packages as weight discrepancies and has charged me 6000 total claiming that the packages are 3 kgs each.

i am a small business that sells handmade jewelry in packages given below. There is no way that 3 kgs will fit in any of the packages and this is a scam they are doing. For each parcel, the weight is between 30-50gms and there are 27 parcels.

One of my parcels had also arrived to my customer opened and only my card was left, the jewelry had been stolen. There was a tear in the bottom of the envelope ( in which i deliver my items)   and the customer’s signature was forged.  I request the court to look into this matter as shiprocket.in is scamming small businesses in the name of weight discrepancies.
