I got a parcel from Delhivery in my name and to my address saying it was ordered by me. The Delhivery try person forced my mother to a pay an amount of 699 despite her refusing as no order was actually placed in my name. There is also no label mentioned on the package for is to initiate a return or ensure we get the refund. This is a full fledged scam and is happening across India for many.
