I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent transaction I made on this website, kamayatfab.shop. I placed an order for the “Urvashi BESTSELLER EMBROIDERED SUIT SET,” for which I paid Rs. 876. However, upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find that it contained an old piece of cloth instead of the advertised product.

Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service via email and phone, I have been unable to reach anyone. The email address provided on their website appears to be nonexistent, and calls to the numbers listed ([8288885953], [08697168837], [7003806548]) have gone unanswered.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. It is clear that your company is engaging in fraudulent practices, misleading customers with false advertisements and failing to provide the products they have paid for.

I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. Not only do I expect a full refund of Rs. 876 for the misrepresented product, but I also demand that this website, kamayatfab.shop, be banned to prevent further unsuspecting customers from falling victim to your deceitful tactics.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and respond promptly to resolve it.
