I have ordered a product from bookmytab.com and I got the product in three days from blue dart. But before I received the product I sent so many mails to the mail id mentioned in the website, I have also called many times but the number was busy. When I received the product it was already opened and used and it was in a bar condition and it didn’t work it was not as mentioned in the website. Now it’s since 6 hours since I received the product and I want to return there is no response from the team so I want the government to take action on this case seriously.The amount is rupees 3999
