I found this page on Instagram and ordered for a shirt for 1000 rupees. After that no order tracking / delivery info was shared to my mobile number as per their customer care’s message. I used their tracking on their website but it said my order ID does not exist. I followed up with the customer care but they just saw the message and did not even bother to respond.
