I just ordered some product from just herbs 5 days ago 21 july 2023, and received confirmation mail on same time, but after that no update is provided , no tracking number , no reply on mail, no call pick up always line busy, they are making fool on the name of customer service as no customer support is provided , reply on whatsap or on any other platform. I already made payment for this at the time of ordering. But still no update is provided, even if when i trying to search on their site , it shows no such order exists with this number. My order number is 1214432
