Today i got the message regarding KYC paytm if not done my account will be blocked and i got the call from unknown number he asked me to install quicksupport paytm for the whole process and he kept talking and commanding me what to do soon after i installed that app it started sharing my screen with him
He asked me to open my Paytm account in Google Chrome so i did
He asked me to recharge with rupees 10 to get urp number after that
He started operating my device and transferred my whole money from account
That was 40.600 inr
I request you to please find him and transfer my money back
I have already filed an FIR in cyber crime department
