One day when I logged in to Paytm and I was not able to find any transaction history with the balance displaying as zero. When I contacted Paytm CC, They said you created a new account with the same number and you are seeing your new account, not the old one. “How 2 accounts can be created with the same number”, When I asked to merge/delete any account, They asked me for some documents which I provided them. but it has been passed 1 month and they didn’t provide any solution yet.
I want to complain about them and want my money back. Please help.
