This is happening to me for the second time. I’ve ordered the pizza and I don’t know whose fault it is the pizza boy or the restaurant but I waited and after waiting for 40 minutes pizza was in the delivery boy’s bag not in box and box is broken and Pizza was spoiled and I think swiggy representative is manipulating customer I want compensation along with refund. I’m talking with the representative and suddenly she left the chat and I was waiting there for 15 mins and the another guy comes and didn’t able to help me properly just a time waste here is chat screenshot.
