I ordered a laptop ASUS Vivobook 15 Ryzen7 Octa Core 5800H laptop on 17th July, with exchange of my used Laptop. For the exchange item, I was offered 10500 INR as exchange price and I got additional discounts on my credit card for the new laptop. When the delivery guy came to collect the exchange item, he made false entry on his app saying that there are dents and scratches on my old laptop. When I question the same and asked him to show me the damages on my old laptop, he refused and started abusing me saying that I have to pay him INR 3200/- for the non exisiting damages. He refused to collect the item and deliver the new product. I immediately raised a customer complaint, but the issue was not resolved. After 3 days, my order was cancelled without my consent and again a false reason was mentioned that the order is cancelled due to multiple delivery failure attempts. No one came again to deliver the product. The refund was issued to the original payment mode, however, my concern is that how can they cancel my order without my consent or resolving the issue with delivery partners Ekart Logistics. There was not action taken on the abusive behaviour of the delivery agent. Please take up this complaint on priority and ensure that no other customers face similar issues in future.
