I have order one badminton racquet from flipkart of yonex but got a different brand racquet at the place of yonex. I have reported this issue to customer support of flipkart on the same day of delivery along with the photos of the product received and they have approved the replacement also but at the time of pickup the delivery agent denied stating the wrong information to company that the product is damage but actually the product is not damage. Now after multiple attempts they again approved my return but this also same this happens. After that when I have talked to the customer support they agreed that the photos are genuine and return is genuine but they immediately block my account after this phone call. I have the recording of the customer support accepting the same.
