Text of Complaint by Saurabh Raj:

I ordered a MarQ AC and the item was delivered to me on 17th of February.
It was an open box delivery and at that time only I showed the delivery
executive that the product was a bit damaged.

The delivery executive then called some flipkart personnel and explained to
him regarding this issue. I was then offered a 20% refund on the product as
it was a bit damaged. I was promised that the refund will come within 2
days but today when I contacted the customer care executive of flipkart I
was told that there is no such request placed.

I had the AC installed on the belief and trust of Flipkart. It is very bad
that someone is doing a scam in the name of Flipkart. I even bought the
model as it’s a Flipkart brand only.

I raised an issue with Flipkart on 19th March, 2023 and I was given a commitment that my issue will be resolved by 22nd March. But till now there has been no response from Flipkart’s end.

I’m a Flipkart plus customer and has been associated with the company since a very long time. I also purchased this product just because it was marketed my Flipkart. Now in situations like this I expect the company to do the right thing, but company hasn’t provided me with any update and has delayed the resolution date from 22nd to 25th of March.

Company is just trying to delay the resolution time to cross the return period window. If that happens company is not legally bind to take any action.
