Dear sir,
I would like to raise the complaint on the below-mentioned persons and the reasons:
1. Flipkart – for not fulfilling the stated promises.
2. Delivery agent – +917207039908 (Eenepalli Rakesh) – for not delivering the product to our doorstep and for misconduct with my parents.
3. Seller – Akshnav online – for cancellation of the order.
On 4th June 2023, I placed an order “Samsung 653L frost free side by side refrigerator” bearing order ID: OD328271758506691100. This product is an open-box delivery. The delivery agent left the product in our apartment cellar (he hasn’t delivered the product to the doorstep). He demanded the otp without even showing us the product nor delivering the product.
He didn’t even bring any men with him. We told him that we will arrange workers to move the product to the first floor. He told us that he will come back to open and show us the product as he had some other deliveries to attend to. But he called and rudely demanded the otp. We told him to wait for one hour for the workers to arrive. He is arguing with my parents by saying if you won’t provide the otp, we will take back the fridge.
It was supposed to be delivered on 7th June 2023 but remained undelivered and cancelled. As per the Flipkart policy, there should be at least one reattempt of the delivery. The delivery agent marked it as a pin code – address mismatch even though it’s the same address which I am using as a delivery address for more than 5 years and never faced a single issue regarding the address mismatch in the past. The seller cancelled the order due to slow delivery.
I have been contacting Flipkart customer service over the past 4-5 days. they are ending the call without even giving a proper resolution. I spoke with them for over 90 minutes about the same issue. they are keeping my call on hold and ending the call. Does this mean that Flipkart is endorsing or encouraging the scam? There is a fault and misconduct by the delivery agent. It’s unfair and unacceptable for Flipkart to punish the customer. We don’t have a working fridge over the past 10 days. Now the amount of 72000 Rupees is blocked in my credit card due to the above-mentioned issue. Now we are unable to book another product until I receive the refund back in the card. All I want is to get the same product at the same price.
Note: I have the CC Tv footage of the ordered product where he left it in our Apartment’s cellar and call recordings of the entire 90 min.

Same repeat me the akshna online seller.
16.08.2023 I have booked Samsung 653 ltes capacity fridge 17.08.2023 delivery persons taken my apartment the fridge not citing in lift. Here delivery persons not lifting cellar to first floor. Take out side person for lifting, I am not agree then he is demonded 2000/- and also I am not agree then take back the fridge. Inform to flipkart customer care they told it will be delivered. Next day cancel the order rean is pin code not deliverable.
