They have agreed to deliver my Suzuki Access scooter from Mumbai to Gurgaon door to door for Rs 2800/- and took pickup on 26.03.23 Gave in invoice receipt of Rs 2800 and informed me that the delivery will be done within 4 days. for 11 days nothing has been done then after enquiring they ask me to send 1500/- more for gst saying without that they will not load and gave me new invoice of Rs 4375. I argued that you should informed us in advance and I also inform that gst amount is 666/- why are you asking 500/- they told you have to pay. after lot of discussion and massive argument i paid that. today after 12 days i received my scooter in very bad condition.
This is real harassment there should be some law for this kind of people who are just blackmailing us we have paid money and goods both to them and after they are giving so much stress and money loss in addition. very pathetic experience.
Mrs Devendra allready taken full amount refund from my company regarding this case remove from your site and company given one transport service free for Mrs Devendra .dear consumer forum court kindly remove this post from your site allready resolve this issue.

I have also faced a similar situation with Mr. Vaibhav Singh and Mr. Ravi Singh from Aspiration Migration Packers & Movers/ Infield Logistics. We wanted to ship our furniture for which we were initially quoted Rs. 10,800/-. Later once they packed and took the material to their warehouse, they started demanding Rs. 15,000/- extra, or else they would throw away the material. I paid the amount fearing the loss of material but later they again requested for Rs. 1500 more saying the material is on hold as your furniture is heavy.
I have seen around 8-10 similar cases reported on this website by other individuals duped by this firm. I am going to file a legal complaint against these individuals and so I am reaching out to you and all such individuals on this platform.
