I ordered a suit from Alizeh Collective through their instagram page reyah_clothing_ on 5th October.
I received the order on 11th October and found that the size they’d sent was XXL while I ordered a S size.
I asked them to exchange the product to which they told me to wait for 15 days.
I waited and got no update from them.
Whenever I asked for an update, their reply was an ‘okay’
They are running some really fishy business.
They have turned off the comment section and deleted all the posts they were tagged on.
Please help me get my refund.
