Hi,
I’ve received 9910/- as this month’s bill which is more than 2 times what I usually get. My usual bill amount is from 1500 to 2500. even though my unit consumption is still the same in lockdown because my mom is a housewife and dad had surgery and had bed rest for the last 6 month. the only thing added is that I am working from home, and I believe that I am not using supercomputers to drain a lot of power that I got charged for 9910 Rs.
As i have stated earlier that my bill amount was not that high previously even i have used it more than this lockdown days.
And I wanted to highlight one issue going on here so please refer iamge attached so that you can understand what’s the actual issue you have made in the bill amount.
The below attached images of bill generated by adani states that my current month meter reading is: 29868 and when i took picture of meter dated 09/07/2020 the reading are: 29179.
Please give me brief explanation on this because this was a fraud going on with adani electricity consumers.
I want to have this issue fixed as soon as possible. With the actual bill amount as per meter readings.
If adani is not going to solve this issues seriously, then we cosumers are not going to pay the bills at any situation.
