I am writing this complain to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent purchase of the Watch Ultra 2nd Gen. Premium Quality [49mm- GPS + Cellular] Fitness Tracker from 7elevenshop.
Upon placing my order, I was enticed by the advertised offer of receiving Earbuds as a free gift along with the Watch Ultra 2+ Earpods 2. However, to my dismay, upon receiving the package, neither the Earbuds nor the promised Earpods were included. This blatant discrepancy between the promised items and the received package is completely unacceptable.
Furthermore, the Watch Ultra 2nd Gen. itself is defective. Despite following the charging instructions diligently, the device refuses to start up. I have attempted to charge it using a CType adaptor as recommended, but it remains non-functional. This is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the quality assurance standards of your company.
To exacerbate matters, my attempts to contact your customer support through WhatsApp have been futile. Despite numerous messages sent since the placement of my order, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication only compounds my frustration and leaves me feeling utterly disregarded as a customer.
I request you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand a full refund for the faulty Watch Ultra 2nd Gen. and the missing Earbuds and Earpods. Additionally, I expect prompt assistance in arranging for the return of the defective product.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent such discrepancies and lapses in customer service from occurring in the future.
