I had one of the worst and most frustrating experiences with Sunder Singh and his logistics service. Initially, he committed to sending my TV to Pathankot for ₹3,000 and assured me that the delivery would be smooth and quick. However, after making the full advance payment, there were no proper updates, and it took 30 days for the delivery to even move forward.
Throughout this time, I had to constantly follow up for any information, and every time there was a new excuse or false assurance. Then, shockingly, after all the delay, he demanded an additional ₹2,000 for delivery and threatened not to deliver the product unless I paid the extra amount. His tone was rude and disrespectful — at one point, he even threatened to auction my items if I didn’t make the additional payment.
Finally, after paying the extra money just to get my belongings back, the TV was delivered in a damaged condition, as shown in the attached image. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no compensation or genuine response from his side.
This service is completely untrustworthy, unprofessional, and feels like a scam. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using Sunder Singh’s logistics service under any circumstances.
I will be updating this review with any further responses or actions taken by him regarding the damage and compensation.
