Dear Sir / Mam
I have ordered a product from vlebazzar ( smartphone s 20 fe 5g at 21,899 ) on 02/11/2023 and expected dispatched date is on 07/11/2023 but i didnt recieve it as I have called several times on 10/11/2023 but they told me that you wait till next day evening your product will be dispatched but yet they told me that on 15/11/2023 it is going to dispatch i wait …..but again same problem with them .. Finally from there senior executive ( Abhishek singh ) ( phn – 7669204753) they told me that wait till 18/11/2023 we are trying our best to despatch your order but again the same problem they made me fool upto 20 days . Finally I felt that now its over and again i called them to cancel my order but they didnt response again i have called they made a cancel requested and they told me that within 24 hrs your order will be cancelled on 25/11/2023 but yet three days already compelted yet bo progress on this … Since one month is going to over and neither i have received my package .. pls help me to tackle down this type of situation
