Text of Complaint by Vincent Foo:

I was tricked into buying what I thought it was advertised for (i.e. LEGO).

My payment details were disclosed for such payment
that may be exposed to higher future risks.
1. A site that advertised LEGO (R) at a discounted price. (https://lg.tiuop.com/)
2. A working transaction system to accept major credit card payment.

3. A promised express shipping method (3-5days)
4. Different item arrived (i.e. mini sunglass that is a fraction of the total amount paid) .
5. Contacted seller and no response with prolongation.
