I had taken a loan of Rs 3000 from rupeeredee app on January 4th 2023 and i had to pay three installments of 1266,on first installment i.e on 4th February i did my payment on due date but in the next month on march7th when i tried to pay it failed constantly in the UPI section and it said contact site admin,then i tried to contact their support team but that was of no use,but on the 3rd installment i.e on April6th the started calling me and asked to repay my loan and so i did pay my two installments but now they are asking me to pay overdue charges of Rs1310 which had accrued due to their fault and also they have reported a loan of Rs 18000 to Cibil and due to which my credit score has gone down,i continuously called their support team afterwards and everytime they say it will be updated within 24 to 48 hours but its 7 days now still they are calling me and harassing me,even i mailed them and they replied that it will get closed no need to worry but still they are harassing me everyday,i have all the proofslike emails,sanction letter etc.I am done with these thugs and scammers,i urge you to kindly get my problem solved,i dont need any refund but just loan gets closed and they must report it to cibil with correct information.
