Text of Complaint by Akash Kumar Naik:

My sister recharged my father’s number using SBI Yono App for a amount of Rs. 220 and the amount got deducted from the account, but the phone number was not recharged. SBI-Trasaction Id is: UHA2291096 on 6th July, 2020. Please help me regarding this.
