Trying to surrender SBI Fastag since last 36 hours but no use. I am getting the same error “Cancelled Cheque Leaf image already updated within the system. Kindly contact help desk team.” Kindly help. I have to sell this car and take new car’s delivery soon.

I have had the same problem. Seems all the SBI Fastag customers who want to sell old vehicles are facing the same problem.
I have been getting the same error for last 20 days. I have lodged complaint with their CRM. But it’s of no use. There is no resolution from their end. It clearly is an IT issue. Possibly a defect in the website. But they don’t seem to care about it.
