Jan8/2024ko mere credit card se 16080rs ka transaction hua jiske sms mujhe OTP k sath recive huye pure mamle ki jankari 24*7me di jaha se mujhe pta lga k 10k ki transaction ho gai hai baki processing me hai recvest krne pr vo rok di gai or baki ki complaint darj krai uske bad bank se mail mila jisme 45day to 120day ka time Diya complaint inquiry or payment revart k liye lekin March me mujhe bill statement me 10k ka bill bhej diya mail par.
Dobara call karne par bank k karmi mujhe bill bharne ko bolne lage meri complaint ka koi jwab nahi diya.me continue contect karta raha mails bhi ki koi response nahi aaya.mene bil nahi jma Kiya fir mera CIBIL down kar diya or payment recovery department se daily 7/10call aane lagi jaha mujhse badly language me bat hone lagi or mere watsapp nupr notice aane lage lekin meri complaint par koi inquiry or koi information nahi di bank ne nodal officer ko bhi mail par jankari di uska bhi koi reply nahi mila.notice me credit card department head Mr harmes ko bhi contect kiya unhone call attend nahi ki kai din krta raha watsap par bhi sms kar Puri bat btai sms read hua lekin uska bhi koi reply nahi Diya mera CIBIL har mahine down hota raha.mujhe last me payment karni hi padi panelty k sath lagbhag 15k ki.
