Dear Sir,
Sbi Credit card Recovery Agents are harassing me, They are calling me on my mobile number, my manager’s mobile number, as well as my office colleague’s number.
They are calling me every 10 min later on my senior mobile number again and again…..and he started abusing me and threatening me by giving me all my identity details which are available with all my banks including my family, friends, etc.
What if something happens to me or my family member, they are calling continuously and disturb my working hours. Every time he used abusive words and keep irritating….
This is a totally cross violation of privacy by calling anyone and threatening who are not at all linked with your cards/loans etc and the SBI should compensate for my mental torture and loss of business hours….
After inquiry, we also note that the person has called a lot of our seniors and disturbed their works….
Did anyone help us with how we can take action against such unsolicited harassment calls from SBI collection recovery agents?

I received the call many times from 8929328554 this no. And he is saying again and again for payment I am with my family. And he is saying that if you are not complete your payment in immediate basis. Then we are coming to your home for collect the amount. And today is 25th and my due date is gone back 3 days on 22nd. And this person traet me very very badly with bad comments totally harrassed me and my family members also. My financial condition is not good before 2 years and max. But I already paid amount to SBI even. But this person not confirmed his name and abusing me. I want strict action for this if you are not help me for this I will complaint on other hand..so many years completed but this is my first attempt to complaint anyone bcz this person traet me very very badli. And how can recovery agent calling me and harrassing me after 3 days of due date?
