All calls to SBI Card customer care are chargeable under the special category (2 Rs for a min). Their website mentions “……… 1860 180 1290 for SBI Card customer and 39 02 34 56 (prefix local STD code)”. Both the numbers are chargeable which is not mentioned. It is still okay so long they did their job sincerely. Most of the times when you make a call to their customer care, their customer care executive will put you on hold indefinitely/ long durations. I had to disconnect the phone after approx 45 mins or even an hr when I realised that they are not interested in resolving the problems, instead collude with the telecom companies to generate revenue further by offering a remedy to aggrieved customers. What a pathetic way to increase revenue!! So eventually they wont resolve your issue and worse will charge you in hundreds of rupees for placing a call.
