Text of Complaint by Jyoti uppal:

This is to bring in the notice that my SBI credit card company is charging me every month money over my card. I have been calling them to get my card dues clear and they don’t have satisfying answers to my query. They guys are charging me money being a fact that I have paid ₹80000 in the month of February. After checking the details I got to know that I was charged some extra charges and interest on my card which were not told to me. Knowing that my CIBIL was getting effected I paid ₹80000 (₹71000 cheque  +₹8500 via netbanking ). They charged me ₹3600 today itself ie 22nd feb 2021 without my permission. I called and asked them to reqund my amount they refused by stating it’s charged correctly.

It’s not about₹3600 but it’s about the decency and optimistic approach one should conduct.

I humblely request you to look into this matter I cannot afford such huge amount All the time just to keep my CIBIL I paid it now they are again charging me high amount.

The person who I talked to is Eshika Shrivastava, she talked to me very badly an in an arrogant manner.

I am also sharing the check an online transaction receipt.
