Text of Complaint by Abhineet Saxena:

Sir/Madam,

My name is Abhineet Saxena, currently residing in Bhopal and my registered mobile number with SBI cards 8109138230. Earlier i was using an SBI credit card on regular basis. But due to some problem i have blocked the card, i was not satisfied with their service. But in the month of July 2020, i received a message that a new card has will be despatched for me without my consent. I did not file any complain for this issue and was hoping to use the new card once received. Till date i have not received any card and in the moth of November i have received a message informing that my card is blocked due to non-delivery. And since then i am receiving calls for SBI for payment of the due amount. I was happy to pay the amount but i have not even received the card, this outstanding amount is for what.

I dont even have the full card number, only 2 digits received on SMS and due to this i am unable to log complaint in SBI site. I have contacted many times in SBI helpline number and issues complaint but still no response from SBI cards yet. This is seriously impacting my credit score.

The total outstanding amount as per last message received is Rs. 7343. Please look into the matter and advise.
