i was a holder of OLD SBI CREDIT CARD VALID TILL 31/03/20 WHICH WAS UPGRADED TO NEW ELITE CREDIT CARD.DUE TO PANDEMIC I COULD NOT USE THIS CARD.SBI CARD CHARGED ANNUAL FEES OF RS.5000 PLUS EVERY MONTH FINANCE CHARGES LEVIED .THE TOTAL OUSTANDINGS ARE RS.12394.56;
THE LAST PURCHASE WAS ON OLD CARD BEFORE MARCH,2020 WHICH WAS FULLY PAID,
I INFORMED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND EVEN NODAL OFFICER TO WAIVE OFF ALL THE DUES
AND CLOSE THE CARD. I ALSO INFORMED THEM THAT I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND WAS TAKING TUITIONS BUT AFTER THE LOCKDOWN I COULD NOT GET TUITIONS TILL DATE .
I NOW REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME IN THIS MATTER
I CANNOT PAY THIS AMOUNT AS THERE ARE NO PURCHASES INVOLVED IN THE TOTAL OUTSTANDINGS
IN VIEW OF THE LOCKDOWN N PANDEMIC,WHICH IS ONCE IN 100 YEARS ,SBI CARDS SHOULD
BE CONSIDERATE AND TAKE A LENIENT VIEW .
