SBI card agent came to my house and offered me free SBI credit card in 2002 being govt employee
I was using that card and paying my all dues at that time there statements were delivered by post one of there statements was not delivered to me in next month when I received there statements I got original charges along with interest charges(100/-)and late fees & penalties(112/-) then I contacted them on toll free no l told them that I didn’t had received there statements earlier now in this statement you are charging interest and penalties which are very high I don’t want to continue your card and I will clear dues but will not pay this interest and penalties because this is not my mistake I did not received statement from your side this is delay of post or non delivery of statements timely. I had called to noida, there was no official in jaipur, I was instructed by them that you clear your original dues and we will reverse this interest and penalties and if you don’t want to continue this card please cut this card diagonally and dropped it in SBI BANK Branch in drop box I informed them on landline that I have cleared all dues and I have returned your card back in drop box as per telephonic instructions please close my card
After one year they sent me statement showing card annul fees 750 + 100( intrest) +112( late fees).
Then I again contacted them on landline that I have returned your card in time and I Am not using your services you had issued me this card free of charges now you r sending me statements so many times I had called them there is no response they are still harassing me once in six months I always asked them please give statements if I have purchased anything or used your money I never had any purchase and They have nothing to show only After returning my card they started to change annul fees of card while I was not using there card and returned in time as they instituted me this also a point at that time this card was delivered free to govt employees and I was govt employee at that time, since 2002 they are still harassing me l came to know that there outstanding charges was 1600/- ( may be manipulated annul fees of card) and now this 100000/- ( one lacs )
Please help me for this undue and manipulated charges I am a retired employee and senior citizen.
I would like you to pay attention on that I have taken many loans from SBI and I am always paying my instalment and dues regularly and before time and I had never been defaulter of last 30 years tenure. This is falls demand and manipulated charges for that which I did and used.
Please help me and give me justices
