Dear Team,
I am writing this email to bring to your attention the harassment that I have been facing from one of SBI collection agents. The person in question has been constantly calling me and demanding payment for a loan taken by someone else. They are using my personal details and calling my colleagues which affecting my reputation. This has been going on for the past few weeks, and it has become a matter of great concern for me.
I have tried to explain to the collection agent that I am not the person who has taken the loan from SBI bank, but he has not been listening to me. Instead, he has been using abusive language and threatening me with dire consequences if I don’t make the payment immediately. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also illegal.
I would like to request you to take immediate action against the collection agent and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. I also urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the person responsible for this harassment.
I understand the importance of paying off debts, but it is unacceptable for me to be harassed for a loan that I have not taken. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue at the earliest. I am confident that Consumer Court will take all necessary actions to ensure the safety and security of customers,
