My credit card bill payment due date was 11th April. I did pay the bill on 9th April itself which is already 2days prior to due date. On 11th of april i got a auto debit transaction of due amount from my account and same day it got reverted back. Again on 12th of april i got charged a sum of 500rs in the name of dishonour fee. I did call customer support and spoke to Rupali named lady she did exaggerate unnecessarily but was not able to clarify the charges all the excuses she gave i did just ask her to show me the same mentioned on the welcome letter from the bank when i received the card and none of her useless reason is mentioned on welcome note from bank. She was saying that sir i am stating the reason but all i wanted was the reason in written form mentioned on website or welcome note from bank. Atlast she said since i can’t revert the charges as you are new customer if you have been an old customer i would revert the charges as a goodwill customer. I do have all the recordings if not resolved i will physically file a consumer complaint.
