Text of Complaint by Dilip Kumar:

I wanted to receive my new credit card, but they are not updating my address. When I they sold me the card they took the rental agreement as the proof but now when I am asking them to update the address as I have shifted somewhere else, they are not doing it and saying they will not update and saying invalid document.

7 people till date Anju Saroj, Bhavna Nair, Pritam Ghosh, Arpit Pathak, Ankur Choudhury, Sarita Devi and Mona Agrawal have just reiterated the case on same thing. None of them have even called to know the issue and only recovery team calls for payment and shout at their top of voice for dues.

I have told them again and again that give me my card so that I can have my card number as an account number for making payment. My card has an active EMI of nearly Rs.2300-2500, hence I asked them to provide card so that I don’t miss that.

1. Now very smartly and unethically they made my outstanding in single statement as Rs.15036 and when I asked them none of them have any answer now and not even sending me my statement. I want to know how come outstanding in one statement as Rs.15k ?

2. Why did you accept my rental agreement as address proof when you sold me the card in TATA Star Bazar Mira Road, Mumbai and now when I am sent you my new rental agreement you are saying and reiterating not meeting requirements? Give me reason why I shouldn’t flag and raise it as mis selling ?

3. Why haven’t a single person from Service recovery team called me yet to understand the issue ?

4. Why do recovery team keeps calling me for payment when they don’t know the entire case and mail chains with Nodal officer team ?

5. Why did Mr. Ankur Chaudhury provided me incorrect account number and my payment bounced and why he has not responded yet where my payment bounced and my payment and the money got deposited in my account again ?

This is taking eternity and infinite loop to get simple address update. This is pathetic service post selling the card to customer by SBI Cards, don’t you understand simple thing or gesture of service recovery if there’s an issue. Just by asking your recovery team to call me 100 times, what point are you trying to prove.

Also, please let me know your response on the above questions.
