I have used 4 cards for sbi and had to close due to worst service.

I was using sbi cashback card and had made flight booking of 17k and per the offer I was suppose to get 5% cashback but they denied saying that there is mcc code which do not permit for cash back

If you check there website flight booking is very much eligible

This is a big fraud and I had lost a good amount, I want my money back and strict action
