Text of Complaint by Shrikant M Nikam:

I applied for an SBI credit card 3 years back. I started using it, in the year 2021 and got the new card renewal notice from SBI bank as part of the regular process.
Till this time all dues were clear. The new card did not reach or be delivered to me by the SBI courier service. I have launched the complaint also, but no response, now they are charging me Annual fees and I did not use that credit card.
Even I can not pay annual charges as the card did not deliver to me.
Stil auto-debit enabled for the which is debiting my account.
This is really ridiculous and I am getting no support from them.
Please ask SBI card to reverse all the payments as soon as possible. It’s a genuine customer request.
