I have been using sbi card for long time now, i have been charged payment dishonor fee even I paid the bill on time and I reported this to bank doesn’t get good response xl, also I have been charged over limit fee when I was doing shopping c I haven’t informed that my credit limit is exceeded and later on I got message you have consumed your limit so you have been charged for over limit fee, I have been shopping from Amazon and getting 10 percent reward points as per the sbi card policy but again sbi stopped giving me the correct points on shopping and giving only one perecn which is wrong. Sbi issued me new card too saying I have lodged complaint of stolen and deactivate last one, which I did not raise and definitely they will charge fee for it also
