Text of Complaint by Rubeena Hasan:

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have deposited a cheque in SBI bank with in the validity period of three months, It was deposited at the end moment as the issuer of cheque repeatedly requested me to deposit few days later but due to the banking service my cheque got stale. I made a complaint to SBI bank on 4 May 2022 and after not receiving any response I made a complaint to RBI. on 16 June 2022 I have a copy of my complaint mailed to them. Now I am unable to recover my money please help. SBI bank simply closed my complaint by saying write a request letter to issuer of cheque to reissue a fresh cheque. But he denied my request of reissuing a cheque. Documents are not getting attached but I have them as a proof only images can be uploaded. please help
