I have placed an order in Amazon.in with order ID 403-1739476-1324360 on 31-07-2020 and said will be delivered by 06-08-2020 to 10-08-2020. Until yesterday, i.e., 08-08-2020 it showed that will be delivered by today evening, i.e., by the evening of 08-08-2020. Suddenly, they changed the status to delivered on 07-08-2020, but I didn’t receive the product. When I ask the customer service agent Mr. Santhanam, the worst service agent who has closed the issue without actually resolving it and says it is their terms. This is not the first time I am facing such an issue. Previously for one of my order 403-9416451-4349145 also they did the same, without delivering it to me, they canceled the order just on the day of my delivery by saying that I canceled the delivery which I didn’t and returned my money. What i observe is Amazon just taking money from people as short term borrowing and returning it back after like a month. For one person point of view, it may be like a small amount, but a thousand orders per day will get Amazon lakhs of rupees to rotate.
