i have received the saree fabric wrong. the saree i ordered is semi silk type. and the product i receive is polyster type. rough one. and the butti is red instead of golden. entirely different saree i receive.
and i did the complaint by sending photos but later on the company denied for refund. They clearly said that they don’t have any return policy. but in their website its clearly mentioned that if the wrong/damaged product you receive can return. please arrange my refund of Rs.1199/-
