Text of Complaint by Dr. Swapna Bhattacharya:

on 2nd April, 2023, I ordered a Yellow soft Benarshi saree with green borders/Blouse from Sareebit.com for the amount of Rs. 795.00. (Order ID #7252947 On 12th April, 2023, I received the product. But the product was not matching with my order. It is entirely different from my order. I got a green color saree. It is of very poor and very bad quality. I ordered a yellow color saree. I lost my money. Please make arrangements to refund my money. When I check my order status, there is no ‘return option’. After six days, there is still showing ‘To be delivered’. So I can’t return it. I paid the amount through Cash on Delivery mode.
