I paid lakshmi the owner of parnika handlooms and exclusively for parnika fashions saree collection Rs 4700 on Jan 2019 for customized dress. After that due to COVID I waited for 7 months. Later I said I do not want to get that customized one because it took almost an year. I referrred one friend to get lehenga from her and asked lakshmi to transfer my amount to my friend’s purchase. She did not accept for that and she said she will give me any saree I want. I told her that I will pay the amount for the sraee that can be immediately shipped. She said that the saree is available and will ship immediately. I transferred 8900rs again on Apr 15 2021. She said they shipped it after one week without providing any tracking number. But I did not receive the saree. She then said the address I provided did not have courier service although that was the address I provide for all my shipments. Since then she says wait, but she will not respond. She will not answer the calls. She removed her store address from the facebook. She do not want to return my money also. I kindly request you to refund my amount and do the needful.

Already delivered to Hyderabad address
I have told repeatedly that I did not receive the saree. Lakshmi said after dispatching the saree they found that courier service is not possible at the address. Still I did not receive the amount or the saree.
She did the same with we should all become one group and give complaints then she will return all the money lets do it my email is sandhya.munjampalli@gmail.com
Saree never delivered till today
Saree not delivered 5850rs sended…..after one year chating difficulty.
Am also facing same type of problem from parnika handlooms…am already paid 5850rs…after one year responding differently but she didn’t refund my money and saree also not send.
