I placed an order for two pairs of men’s cotton pants on January 9, 2025, with the order number SKVV1174711999. The items were delivered on January 14, 2025, but they arrived in damaged condition and appear to be used and very old.
I request a refund and ask that you take back the items I received. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take legal action against Bansal Enterprises for sending damaged and used items.
It is very disappointing to receive such poor service. I hope you can address this matter promptly.
