I had placed the order for the Sanyo 1 ton 5 star ac on 2nd may still it is not delivered. The order is neither getting cancelled neither delivered. I had been in continuous follow up with customer care but concern not resolved yet. I had purchased the AC on creditcard on EMi which is generated. I am not getting any response from Amazon team.
