Hi,
I have travelled in sanjana Travels from Bengaluru to Bagalkot and scheduled time was 7.05AM but these guys have wasted so much time in loading and unloading the goods/parcels and keeping passengers to wait and dropped passengers at 11AM.
4hrs delay is unacceptable as passengers will be having other works and it’s on weekday most of the people needed to go to offices also.
Bus stop is misbehaved with passangers who are questioning about the delay.
this is not one day or one route story. This is the problem with sanajana travels everywhere.
Better they need to convert it to goods vehicle instead of passengers vehicle so passangers can look for other travels.
Sanjana Travels are the fraudsters and we don’t get any support from the customer support
