bought a Samsung 6.5 fully automatic machine from Usha Appliances in Kunnamkulam, and yesterday my washing machine displayed the error code 4C. I reported the same problem to Usha Appliances. The following day, the technician came to check the machine. He discovered that rat bites on the wires were the cause of the machine’s improper operation. According to the technician, the rat bite is not covered by the warranty, and I must pay for the entire set of wire, which will cost about 3000 INR.
As the technician explained, the rat entered the machine from the bottom. My issue is whether the business should conceal the negative aspects to prevent rats from biting the wires. Please take the necessary action to cover this under warranty.

before some days my new Samsung washing machine not working because of Rat bite. i complain to customer care person of Samsung customer care come to my home and he told me this is not under warranty. but i have a question why Rat come and go to inside washing machine it is company fault that they are not make tuff material why Rat goes to direct in machine main part.
