Text of Complaint by Shobhit Jain:

I Purchased Samsung A9 plus Tab from Shree Sai Kripa Mobile Shoppee SAMSUNG SMARTCAFE) a Usha Nagar Annapuma Road Near ICICI Bank Mhownaka Indore 9806505050 0731-3560049 GSTIN/UIN: 23AUTPK1201E124 State Name: Madhya Pradesh, Code: 23 on 21 December 2023 but it’s sim card port was damaged so it was not showing network I brought it to the seller, sent me to service centre where they were not able to repair it and told that it will be replaced then they took 3-4 days for this process then asked me to get replacement from the store I purchased from since then it has been 2 weeks and the seller has not replaced my product which is completely packed by service centre, I have gone to the store 5 times they only tell to come after few days they are neither promising any fix date for replacement nor they are any helpful. My money is lost and my work also hampered as it’s been almost a month since my purchase also I put a screen guard worth Rs. 400 and cover worth Rs. 800 for that device. Kindly Get me a the device replaced immediately or if it is not available give me an ugraded device for use until I get my replacement.
