Please find my complain against Samsung service center.

Remark :
(01) 6 Days I Put My Mobile to your service center but can’t Repair Date on 07/04/2023
(02) 2770 RS. Give Estimate and take 2500 Rs. As a advance.
(03) 2500 RS. Receipt not provide.
(04) When i visit on 13/04/2023 still my mobile not repair.
(05) No one is inform to me your mobile is still not repair and she I ask why not inform to me one lady told me our service center is close 6.00 P.M. and open 10.00 A.M. or 10.15 A.M. And i visit 10.45 A.M. that time she told me my mobile put on charring. their 2 staff avaible one mail & one female both are do time pass in mobile.
(06) In My Mobile any major issue i checked with other local mobile shop. then why samsung service center technicians give 2770 RS. Estimate.
(07) Your Service Center Staff send wrong SMS To me Service no 4368159249 cancelled as cost estimate was refused.
(08) i do complain on 13/04/2023 by whatsup around 2.30 P.M. samsung customer center and give reference no 1185168985 and inform to me with in 24 hours you get result and we will call but no one is informed me
when i call samsung customer care on 1800 40 726 7864 Date 14/04/2023 around 12.15 P.M. that time also informed me still wait more 24 Hours but o one is informed me. now agin i call 15/04/2023 but still not
get any solution.
