Text of Complaint by Anjna Biswas:

I have ordered samsung s21 fe 5g 15th Feb and received it on 17th Feb. After receiving the phone I checked that there is an issue with the display. The delivery agent denied for OPEN BOX DELIVERY. There is an small defect under the glass of the display. It clearly visible when u checked it. After creating Return Request on the 1st attempt technician came to my home and he confirmed the same “internal defect on the display”. But after he went from my home the Request got rejected. Then again I Crete the Return Request on that time technician scheduled for 3 times but they didn’t come to my home and when j reach flipkart, they said I denied for technician visit but I tried to reach them more than 20 times but every time they denied to receive my calls. In the meantime I called flipkart and every time they give me a time slot. Now the when I reached again to flipkart they said again I have to wait till . spent Rs-35068 and I got the defective phone and Flipkart have the Return policy but not helping me. I tried to reach samsung service center bur they said I have to contact flipkart to Return the item. So pls fix the issue. Pls give me replacement or give me refund.
