Text of Complaint by Saji Thulaseedhara Kurup:

My refrigerator has been under repair for more than 61 days now. Initially, the staff informed us that the PCB board had a complaint. Later, another technician mentioned a gas leakage issue, and a third staff member pointed out a problem with the compressor. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any updates on the status of the repair since the fridge was taken in for service. It”s extremely frustrating to experience such unprofessionalism from Samsung”s team in Kollam, Kerala. My wife has been regularly contacting the call center, but they have been unable to provide any useful information. Additionally, she has tried calling the manager in Kollam, but his mobile number always seems to be busy, leading us to suspect that he may have blocked our calls.
I don’t mind buying a new fridge for my house, which may cost 40 – 50 K, but I need to know the service level of Samsung. This fridge was hardly used by us as we normally stay in the house for only 1 month a year. This year we have come for a month and the Samsung team has spoiled our vacation.
We need justice and competition from the consumer court as neither Samsung service team (Master Tech) nor the Samsung call center would helped us on this issues.
