Text of Complaint by Ankit Shah:

I have raised a complaint for my refrigerator in reliance resq & the team visited on 03 July for inspection. Inspite of raising complaint & registering the compressor part on the same day reliance fail to deliver & fix the issue till date. Earlier they told that the part will be replaced within 2-3 days. I got a call from support that they will fix it & on the very next day they said we have got wrong part delivered so its not possible & said that you will have to wait for atleast 7 days. on the 8th day when I called they said there is an internal issue with the samsung & we request you to wait for another 15-20 days. No what the hell is going on why customer will wait beacuse of the internal issues. At the time of purchasing product they talk so good with all buttering & sell the product to customer with all the options making available for them but during service they showed their image & what exactly background of the company is? Is this the way customer should being treated & being such big indian brand people are not aware of their internal politics where they are trapped.
